Rural Development

Villages are the heart of our nation and a majority of our population lives in the rural areas. Sadly, these areas are deprived of many basic facilities and life-changing opportunities.

According to the World Meteorological Organization, India must support 16 percent of the world’s population with only 4 percent of the globe’s water resources.

As a result of the continuing flood-drought climatic disaster, Madhya Pradesh is known for its high rate of farmer suicides. Village communities attempt to band together for mutual support.

Aadharshila Sansthan aims to accelerate the socio-economic development of rural areas. Water is the biggest requirement for survival and yet many villages and outskirts areas face huge water scarcity.

Our organisation is involved in works like digging wells, tube wells, and supplying water through tankers in the extreme summer for the relief of the affected people.

Healthcare

At Aadharshila Sansthan, we believe that everyone deserves good healthcare services, however, there are many villages that are so far away from cities to get immediate or even basic healthcare services. Our organisation arranges regular check-up facilities through medical camps to create health awareness among the people in rural areas.

Quality Education

Every child deserves a quality education and it is still a dream for many families. In rural areas, there is a lack of committed teaching staff, proper supplies, and study material, which impact education. Aadharshil Sanstha provides quality coaching classes to the children to keep them motivated and engaged in their studies. We also provide free meals for their proper nourishment and physical strength.

Skill Training

We offer vocational training for vulnerable groups and teach them skills for sustainability. Since Damoh is an agricultural-oriented district, we also provide innovative agricultural training to enhance the experience of the farmers. We educate them about using the right farm resources and innovative crop-sowing skills to maximize their income generation.
