With the continuous efforts of Aadharshila Sansathan, there has been significant progress in environmental conservation efforts, with several initiatives aimed at improving the local ecosystem. One such initiative includes the plantation of guava trees which is helping in soil conservation. In addition, the plantation drive has also extended to various campuses around Damoh, with 2500 trees planted in different areas. Additionally, a nursery has been established to encourage the growth of new plants, and around 1200 plants are being prepared for planting in the near future.
Another crucial aspect of environmental conservation is the management and conservation of water resources. To address this, 30 rain harvesting systems have been developed in the region for rainwater harvesting. Moreover, 6 small ponds have been created to sustain the water levels, which have a direct impact on the local aquatic life. These initiatives will go a long way in ensuring sustainable environmental practices and a greener future for the region.
Aadharshila Sansthan has been organising programs to make people aware of the importance of hygiene so that together we can move forward toward a Clean India. We welcome and honour this opportunity to give back to society and clean our surroundings and inspire others. For the purpose of spreading awareness about the Swacch Bharat Mission and promoting hygiene, every year, all our employees and students partake with great enthusiasm to prioritize cleanliness and hygiene.
We strongly believe that a clean and healthy environment can help people heal and positively impact their work and mental health.
