About us
In 1985, Dr. Ajai Lall and Dr. Mrs. Indu Lall established Aadharshila Sansthan. The institution is situated in the rural district of Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, which is best known for its flourishing agriculture, rich cultural diversity, and verdant natural beauty. Sagar, Jabalpur, Chattarpur, Panna, and Katni are nearby cities to Damoh. Aadharshila is devoted to promoting values that can bring peace, inspiration, and growth to the entire community.
The institution's mission is to improve the community through initiatives such as providing food, clothing, and medical care for the underprivileged. Programs in education, healthcare, and rural development are created, sponsored, and supported. Numerous projects are undertaken to assist children, including educational scholarships, special aids, and schools, as well as projects for the disabled. Additionally, the elderly, widowed, neglected, homeless, and poverty-stricken are supported through various welfare initiatives. At Aadharshila Sansthan, the belief is in encouraging and reinforcing other welfare institutions that share the same vision. Opportunities are provided for people in the local community to develop and lead diverse groups of people, thus contributing to the growth of the local community and the nation.
Aadharshila Sansthan stands by its commitment to aiding those in need during catastrophic events, from famines to floods, and beyond. During the pandemic, thousands of families received essential supplies such as food and groceries to ensure their sustainability. Our unwavering belief in creating a better world inspires us to uplift all people, regardless of their caste, religion, nationality, or race.
